I’m a thought leader, an educator, a writer, and most importantly, a mom. I have spent more than a dozen years working in the financial services industry and presenting to c-suite executives at some of the largest financial institutions across North America.

My true passion is personal finance with an emphasis on holistic financial wellness for kids and teens. I know what the industry looks like from the inside, but once I had my own children, I realized it was time to bring that knowledge where it is needed the most: kids.

Managing your finances can be complicated and scary. The majority of adults today are stressed about money and do not have the confidence that they will be able to meet their long-term goals. Financial habits are established as early as 7 years old, making childhood the ideal time to start learning the basics.

Bringing up Money is a resource for parents who want to raise financially confident kids. My blog provides everything from financial education, tips, and advice for parents, teenagers, and young adults who want to reach their long-term financial goals.
